Refund & Return Policy

At ERIN CALLAHAN LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of anime figures, apparel, and collectible merchandise, please review this policy carefully before submitting a return request.


1. Return Window

We accept return requests for eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier.

Return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.


2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact and included
  • Items must not be marked as final sale or non-returnable
  • Items must be free from damage caused by improper use

Additional Conditions by Product Type:

Anime Figures & Collectibles:

  • Must be unopened or in like-new condition
  • No visible damage such as scratches, paint defects caused after delivery, or missing parts
  • Original box and protective packaging must be included

Anime T-Shirts & Apparel:

  • Must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
  • No stains, odors, or signs of wear

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used, worn, or damaged items
  • Opened or tampered collectible figures (unless defective)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for changes in size, style, or design.

If you would like a different item, please:

  1. Place a new order
  2. Submit a return request for the original item (if eligible)

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos showing:

  • Outer shipping packaging
  • Product and original packaging
  • The issue (e.g., damage, incorrect item, defect)

Subject to availability, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost; or
  • Issue a full refund

We reserve the right to determine eligibility based on the information provided.


6. Return Shipping Costs

Our Error

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item or confirmed defect), we will:

  • Cover return shipping costs
  • Provide a prepaid return label (where applicable)

Change of Mind

If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., size, style, or design):

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Please do not return items without prior authorization.

  3. Attach photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

We will review your request within 1–2 business days. If approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
